FDB has been using in product of high-end tablet for cooling fan application. Spindle

Spindles are the core component in machine tools. Ball Screw Support

Ball screw support replaced the traditional sliding movement by rolling movement with steel balls working between nut and screw rod. Beyond that, rolling movement of the steel balls will then be transformed into linear movement. Ball screw support has the features of precise positioning, long life, less pollution, moving forward and backward at high speed. Ball screw support has become a key component in high-precision industry and positioning measurement system.

Servo Motor

A servo motor is designed to manage positioning and speed control. The main feature is precisely control a wide range of rotating speed. Besides rotating at a constant speed, the rotating speed can be changed according to operator’s needs and even rotates steadily at super low speed. Furthermore, clockwise and counter clockwise operation with sudden increase or decrease in rotating speed is also a simple function of servo motor yet a huge challenge for bearings.

Treadmill

Rollers of a treadmill are driven by a motor with belt connected. Variable loads transmit to the rollers while runners running on the treadmill. Mostly, noise would be heard in early stage of bearing damage. As the abnormal operation continues, bearings may encounter failures and the treadmill may sudden stop and be unable to work anymore.

Drill

A drill is an iconic gadget when it comes to power tool and drill operators face exact both high vibration and harsh environment while drilling. Since the drilling vibration is basically unavoidable, minimizing the vibration cause by bearings consequently improves the drilling vibration overall. Debris from the drilling work piece can be any forms, e.g. scraps, detritus or the powder kind which has the highest chance to get into the bearings and lead to bearing failure.

Air Conditioner

We found that combination of the noise from compressor and blowing machine operation causes a window type air conditioner nearly impossible to work in silence. We come up with an idea to have a single split to air conditioner, dividing it into indoor unit and outdoor unit. Now that compressor becomes outdoor unit to isolate noise while blowing machine using super silent ball bearings to reduce noise. As a result, noise has been significantly reduced and the requirement of silence was achieved.
